Pain relief observed
Brewer's yeast contains chromium but lacks vitamin B-12. I've been using it to manage pelvic pain, replacing previous injections. Although it took time to notice any effects, I've found that my pain has diminished, and I've begun to feel more upbeat with improved stamina. I do recommend it!

Intolerant reaction
This was not suitable for me. Being dairy-intolerant, I hoped it would substitute cheese, but it bore no resemblance and caused severe stomach pains and bloating. I won't be trying it again.

Joint pain relief
I really enjoy this product. I add it to salads, enhancing the flavour with a hint of cheese. It also aids with pelvic pain, thanks to the B vitamins. I take a tablespoon twice daily, and though the powdered form differs slightly, there’s no major change in efficacy.
